THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON SALE/FINAL SALE ITEMS. 

RETURN: ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO GODDESSROOTZ WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN GREAT CONDITION, IF ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SENT, WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE RETURN. 

EXCHANGES: THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING 

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH U.S POSTAL SERVICE AND TAKES APPROXIMATELY 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING NUMBERS.  

ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERD BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT

GODDESSROOTZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS. IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, YOU MUST TAKE THAT UP WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. WE DO NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGE THAT STATE THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. 

IF ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED YOU CAN LOCATE IT BY USING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER OR CONTACTING YOUR POST OFFICE.

IF AN ORDER IS PLACED ON A NATIONAL HOLIDAY OR AFTER POST OFFICE IS CLOSED FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY  IT WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
